Review of last week's film (Frances Ha, 3.5 stars)
Steven says: When is it time to grow up? How does growing up affect really close friendships? Frances Ha answers these questions for its title character, providing a plethora of entertaining scenes, touching observations, and fairly real glimpses into the lives of today's 20-somethings. The black-and-white presentation enhances the film's artsy-yet-approachable feel.
